Overview

We process personal data only as far as necessary to operate this website and to handle your enquiries. This website uses no cookies for analytics or advertising and embeds no third-party tracking services.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd.. With every visit, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary for secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after a limited retention period.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process your name, phone number, the selected treatment, your message, and the language and page you are writing from.

Because your details may include health information, we process them only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, PDPL). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Your request is stored in a protected database on our web server, accessible only to the clinic, and deleted after 12 months unless it leads to treatment.

WhatsApp

After you send the form, and when you tap a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) receives your data only once you send it there; this may involve a transfer to the USA. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies.

On this website, when you tap a WhatsApp or phone button we record only the time, page, selected treatment and language, plus a pseudonymised (hashed) identifier of your IP address, to match enquiries and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We cannot see the content of your WhatsApp messages here.

Phone and email

If you call or write to us, we process your details to handle your request and to prepare a possible treatment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Google Maps

On the contact page you can display a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.). The map loads only after you click; only then is data such as your IP address transferred to Google, possibly including the USA. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Fonts, videos and libraries

Fonts, videos, images and program libraries are loaded exclusively from our own server. No connection to third parties is made.

Browser storage

For the duration of your visit, the website stores in your browser’s session storage whether the loading animation has been shown and the chat hint has been closed. This is deleted when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

Social networks

We only link to our profiles on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat; no content from these networks is embedded. Their privacy policies apply only once you click a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time. Please contact info@drammarali.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Saudi Arabia the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), in Germany for example the Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony.

Data security

All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the enquiry management is password-protected.
